Danielle gained her passion for farm-to-table cooking from an impeccable pedigree of restaurants both in the US and Australia. “It’s almost like I’m dreaming. When we arrived in Australia in 1968, I never imagined I’d witness the growth of such a great wine industry. If someone had told me, I’d have said, ‘Don’t be silly.’” — John Kirk, Clonakilla

New Old Now
Dancers
NON is an emerging dance collective led by Founder and artistic Artistic Director Davide Di Giovanni and Co-director Chloe Leong. Informed by a desire to explore the boundaries of contemporary performance and challenge systemic norms within the dance community, NON embraces the beauty of the unfamiliar, the uncomfortable and the subversive. Through creative collaboration, site specific performance and a company of best-in-class dancers NON brings new life, new art, and ultimately, new stories to the Australian dance community and beyond.
"To dream is to dare, and to dare is to dance. At NON, movement is the language of dreams—fluid, untamed, and boundless. Romantic yet rebellious, our work merges the surreal with the real, where light, sound, and motion awaken something deeper within.” - NON Directors Davide and Chloe
