Your journey starts with an exclusive one-hour tour of the Opera House, revealing the rich history and hidden wonders of this architectural masterpiece. Afterward, indulge in a one-of-a-kind dining experience in a secret location, bathed in stunning light projections. Chef Mark Olive has crafted a delicious three-course menu inspired by Indigenous Australian ingredients for you to enjoy, paired with hand-selected NSW wines in this exclusive Vivid Food event.

Your ticket includes a meet & greet on arrival by our Welcome team, a one-hour Sydney Opera House Tour, followed by a three-course dinner with a welcome cocktail, matching wines or non-alcoholic options.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charges will apply if cancelled at least 30 days before the event date, provided notice is given by 17:00 (local time). Cancellations made after this time will incur the total price of the package.

This event runs for 4 hours.
This includes a 1-hour Opera House tour followed by a three-course sit down dinner and paired wines or craft beers.

Meeting point
Guests are to meet at the The Lounge located in the Main Box Office Foyer on level 1 of the Opera House. Please enter via under the Monumental Steps.
Getting here
The Opera House is a 7-10 minute walk from Circular Quay, and is easily accessible by car, train, ferry, lightrail, bus, bike and on foot.
During Vivid Sydney we recommend you allow extra time due to increased foot traffic.
What to know before you go
We stage lots of live performances, so venues are subject to availability at the time of your tour.
You’ll be on your feet for a guided tour, there are over 300 stairs, so flat comfortable shoes are recommended. Your feet will thank you!
If you have mobility concerns, you may wish to take a Mobility Access Tour.
We can’t store suitcases or large bags, however you can contact the nearest storage facility at circularquay@baggagestorage.com.au
Prams and buggies cannot be used on the tour as they are not allowed in our venues.
Videoing is not allowed.
There are plenty of photo opportunities. Your tour guide will advise you if photos are not to be taken at any point.

After your dinner, wander through Vivid Sydney at your own pace or continue the night at the Opera House with a Vivid LIVE performance.

Venue information
Our foyers will be open 90 minutes pre-show for Concert Hall and Joan Sutherland Theatre performances, and two hours pre-show for Western Foyer venue performances. Refreshments will be available for purchase from our theatre bars.
All Sydney Opera House foyers are pram accessible, with lifts to the main and western foyers. The public lift to all foyers is accessible from the corridor near the escalators on the Lower Concourse and also in the Western Foyer via the corridor on the Ground Level (at the top of the escalators). Pram parking will be available outside the theatres in the Western Foyer.
Getting here
The Sydney Opera House Car Park, operated by Wilson Parking, is open and available to use. Wilson Parking offer discounted parking if you book ahead. Please see the Wilson Parking website for details.
Please check the Transport NSW website for the latest advice and information on travel. You can catch public transport (bus, train, ferry) to Circular Quay and enjoy a six minute walk to the Opera House.

It’s a great idea to arrive early, grab a drink and soak up the view. Please arrive 15 minutes before your experience to allow sufficient time to cloak any large bags.
This should allow enough time for the mandatory visual inspections and/or cloaking of bags and personal belongings by Opera House staff before starting your tour.
Where possible, please leave bags at home. If you bring a bag, those larger than A4 size will need to be cloaked before you can go on the tour. We're unable to store suitcases or large bags as we have limited cloaking facilities.

Cameras are allowed on the tour and there are plenty of photo opportunities throughout the entire tour. Your tour guide will advise you whilst on tour if photographs are not to be taken inside any venues. Please note there is no video filming on the tour.
Mobile phones are permitted on the tour however please ensure they are switched off or on silent for the duration of the tour.
You will have the opportunity to visit some of the Opera House’s many venues and theatres on this tour.

Yes, this is a limited capacity experience and you will need to book in advance online or via the phone where you’ll receive an eTicket. Please bring this with you and present it upon arrival.
