Chefs of the House

Take your seat at the table as four of Australias most established and celebrated chefs who helm the kitchens at the Opera House showcase their culinary excellence. 

Chefs Danielle Alvarez, Peter Gilmore, Matt Moran and Mark Olive will each host a series of dinners in one of the Opera House’s most exclusive, hidden spaces. 

During this intimate shared-table experience, you’ll be personally guided through the distinct food philosophy and menu of the chef while visual projections and live performances complement each chef’s unique theme.

Badu Gili - meaning ‘water light’ in the language of the traditional owners of Bennelong Point, the Gadigal people - is a free daily experience that explores First Nations stories in a spectacular six-minute projection on the Opera House’s eastern Bennelong sails.
