Explore Utzon’s designs and other examples of stage design to create your own installation for a set design at the Opera House for a dance or ballet performance. The workshop includes a short tour of the magnificent Syndey Opera House Concert Hall for inspiration.

Regenerate with Nature
Saturday 18 October 2025
This workshop looks at the biomimicry of the Sydney Opera House and architecture's connections to the landscapes around us. What elements in nature could be combined with the buildings to create one regenerative system?
Experiment like an Architect

This workshop will consider the way new materials can create new models and functions in architecture. Participants will learn to play and test just like Utzon. What results can we create?
