Sydney Philharmonia Choirs
Season 2024
Sydney Philharmonia Choirs' 2024 Season is open! As Artistic Director Brett Weymark OAM says, “Everyone’s taste is different, so in 2024 – our 104th season – there’s something for everyone.”
From expressive Baroque gems to the Romantic drama of Mendelssohn’s Elijah with star baritone Teddy Tahu Rhodes, to the Showstoppers of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s best loved musicals, it’s a season for all to enjoy.
ChorusOz returns with Karl Jenkin’s impassioned The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace – open for everyone to sing in on the Concert Hall stage, or enjoy from the seats.
And there’s all-time favourites: Beethoven’s Ode to Joy, Rachmaninoff’s Vespers and the end-of-year high note, Handel’s Messiah. Hallelujah!
